Bit by Bit Technical Support

Bit by Bit provides technical support to eligible support contacts within the customer's organization. Standard Support is available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, with options for extended coverage available at additional fees. Customer eligible contacts (i.e., individuals authorized to call Technical Support) are required to complete product training (where applicable), provided by Bit by Bit, prior to being registered as a contact. 

Note: Product training is not provided as part of Bit by Bit Support Contracts.

Methods of communicating with Bit by Bit Technical Support include:

  • Online Inquiry Submission— For expedited support response an online form is available on Support Online. Access to the online form requires your Bit by Bit Support Contract Number. You may contact Technical Support for current access information via phone or e-mail (details below).
  • Email Inquiry Submission— For support inquiries that are less time critical you may email our Technical Support team directly at support@bitxbit.com. To expedite your email support inquiry please see our guideline for email inquiry submission
  • Phone Support (212.616.3080)— Operating hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, US Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, with options for extended coverage available at additional fees. Customer must reference Contract Number for all Phone Support.

Credit Card Option
If you do not have Bit by Bit Support Contract and would like to call our Technical Support department directly, you may use a credit card. The fee is $75 per half-hour.
