Inside Sales - CTI Division

New York City based Systems Integrator is looking to expand CTI Sales department. This is a great opportunity to learn from top Solution Salesmen and work with an expanding division of the company.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for learning the full suite of our Unified/Wireless Messaging and Telephony software solution product lines. The expectation is for the Inside Sales candidate to earn a promotion to Account Executive within 6 months.

The right candidate must be aggressive, motivated, ambitious, have strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to consistently produce beyond expectation. The Right candidate, will also be able to motivate and independently challenge themselves to get things done with out specific instructions.

Candidate will be responsible for both pre- and post- sales activities, which include:
+ Heavy Phone work
     - Pre-Qualification of Leads
     - Cold Call Prospecting
+ Identifying key decision makers and gaining their interest
+ Working with existing accounts to develop Client relationships
+ Post Sale Follow up with Clients
+ Extensive Customer interaction
+ Proposal Creation and pre-sales research
+ Learning to own entire sales process
+ Working with existing account teams to identify and sell new business.
+ Present regularly to Management progress with clients
+ Provide support for marketing plan execution

Pre-Requisites:
+ Telemarketing experience (if you are not cut out for phones, donít apply)
+ 1 year Sales Department (any capacity) experience
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
+ Excellent written & verbal communication and strong organizational skills
+ Basic understanding of Local Area/Wide Area Networking concepts
+ A flexible personality, multi-tasked and take charge attitude a must!
+ Knowledge of ACT contact management software a plus
